Refund Policy.

Coloring Stop sells digital goods with immediate access. Because you can download and use premium content straight away, refunds are limited as set out below. Our payments and refunds are handled by our authorized payment provider, our Merchant of Record.

Premium (12 months)

We’ll refund a new Premium purchase within 14 days of purchase only if you have not yet downloaded or accessed any premium content. Once you’ve downloaded premium pages or used the full library, the purchase is non-refundable. Premium is a one-time purchase for 12 months and does not auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.

Packs

A pack can be refunded only if you have not downloaded any page from it. Once you’ve downloaded pages from a pack, it is non-refundable.

Always refundable

At our discretion and regardless of the above, we’ll put things right where:

• a technical fault prevented you from accessing what you paid for;
• you were charged in error or charged twice;
• a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Email support@coloringstop.com with your order ID (on your purchase receipt) and the reason. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence. See also our Terms of Service.
