These terms govern your use of Coloring Stop (the “Service”), operated by Clearly Media Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 07029089, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Purchases are processed by our authorized payment provider, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. They handle billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and receipts, and their terms also apply to the transaction. We provide and license the content you buy access to.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country (a parent or guardian should manage accounts for children).
Inactive accounts. If an account stays inactive for more than 24 months, we may close it and delete its saved data to free up storage. We’ll email you first and give you a chance to sign in and keep it before anything is removed. Active paid access is unaffected while it lasts.
Subject to these terms and your purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and color pages for personal, educational, and classroom use. This includes:

Premium is a one-time purchase that provides 12 months of access to the full library. It does not renew automatically - when it expires you can simply purchase again to continue. Packs are one-off purchases granting access to that pack. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and nothing here affects your non-excludable statutory rights.
Your purchase grants access to the library and packs as they exist from time to time, not to a fixed set of files captured at the moment of purchase. The library changes as we add new content and may occasionally update or remove pages or packs at our discretion (for example for quality, licensing, or legal reasons), so the specific pages available may change during your access period.
We intend to keep the Service and your access available for as long as we operate it, but your access depends on the Service remaining available - we may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it, including hosting of specific packs) at our discretion. If we discontinue the Service or materially reduce paid access during your access period, we will give reasonable notice where we can, and any refund will be handled under our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
To keep our prices low and pass the saving on to you, our coloring pages are produced with the help of AI image generation. Because AI generation isn’t perfect, some pages can contain minor imperfections (for example an unusual proportion, a stray line, or an awkward detail) - this is more likely on intricate or highly detailed pages. Every page can be previewed before you print or purchase it, so you can see exactly what you are getting. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights, or any remedy under our Refund Policy where a page is faulty or materially different from its description.
Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Content you create or share. The studio lets you draw your own pages, add text, and share your colored artwork through a public link. You are responsible for what you create and share, and you must not create, upload, or share anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or threatening, sexually explicit, graphically violent, that depicts or endangers children, that infringes anyone else’s rights, or that is otherwise abusive or objectionable - this is a children’s site, so please keep everything child-appropriate. We may remove or revoke any shared content, refuse a share, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this - at our discretion and, where appropriate, without prior notice.
You retain ownership of the original creative contributions you add to a coloring page (such as your coloring, drawings, and text). We retain ownership of the underlying coloring pages, artwork, software, and other content provided through the Service.
By sharing artwork through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate and promote the sharing features of the Service. You can remove shared artwork at any time, after which we’ll stop making it publicly available within a reasonable period, subject to backups and legal obligations.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Service and any content they choose to create or share.
All content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to us. Your purchase grants a license to use the pages as described above - it does not transfer ownership.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
